Our goal in every appeal is to ensure our client's interests were properly represented in the trial court and that the court ruled appropriately. To accomplish this goal, we make a comprehensive examination of all issues before the trial court and then apply our proven legal research expertise to correctly determine all appellate issues. Once we have indentified the appellate issues, we draft and argue your appeal in a professional and timely manner.
Some of our recent appellate work includes a successful federal criminal appeal in United States v. Rich, 606 F.3d 722 (9th Cir. 2010) and a successful state civil appeal in Doll v. Revoal and Giannone, 230 Ore. App. 756 (2009).
