To assist clients in planning their estates, we gather information to carefully and thoroughly analyze each client's needs and desires. Armed with that information, we craft a comprehensive estate plan that may include a revocable living trust or will. When a will is used, it may include family and/or children's trusts. We may also draft durable powers of attorney, letters of instruction, and business continuation and/or disposition plans. Our goal is to assist each client in avoiding or minimizing the amount of tax on the client's estate. Our approach is specifically tailored to each client's unique needs, and recognizes that proper estate planning is not susceptible to a "one size fits all" approach.
